NYXANCE is the first crypto exchange whose architecture you can cryptographically prove — running at CEX speed, registered in Wyoming, built around a Verifiable Ontology no one else has shipped.
Every crypto exchange today makes you choose one of two trade-offs:

Both paths are incomplete. NYXANCE is the first exchange to refuse this trade-off.
We borrowed an idea from outside crypto: Palantir Foundry's Ontology — a structured layer where every action against an object (User, Wallet, Position, Order) is logged, typed, and replayable. We made one critical upgrade: the Action Log is cryptographically signed and periodically committed to a public blockchain.
This is what we call Proof of Trade (PoT) — the first time a CEX has it.

We're not going to pretend we beat Binance on liquidity or Hyperliquid on TVL. We don't (yet). But on architecture that matters for serious traders:

You get a CEX experience (fast, deep liquidity, AI copilot, no gas fees per click) — but you can verify your liquidation was not a hidden algo trade against you.
12ms matching (faster than Hyperliquid's HyperBFT). Your Action Log is signed and committed every hour — your strategy alpha is provably your alpha, not the exchange's information advantage.
Wyoming LLC counterparty (Sheridan, WY), public legal filing, cryptographic audit trail. No more “trust me bro” diligence calls with a Seychelles entity.
The Strategies Marketplace — 13 production strategies (Funding Rate Arb / Smart Money Consensus / Event Momentum / Trend Rider / 9 more), with on-chain attestation of strategy performance.
The OSDK — a typed, structured Ontology of User / Wallet / Position / Order / Action objects. Your agent reads the same schema the exchange uses internally.
Is NYXANCE a CEX or DEX?
Centralized Exchange (CEX). We custody funds, run a matching engine, have an admin team. We're transparent about it. We're the only CEX that cryptographically logs every admin action.
Is the Action Log on-chain?
Hybrid. High-frequency events (order match, fill) are signed and stored off-chain in a verifiable log. Every hour, a Merkle root commits to NYX Chain (public testnet, mainnet H2 2026). Critical events (large withdrawals, insurance fund draws, liquidations above threshold) commit instantly.
Why not just go full DEX?
DEXes hit settlement latency walls (200–500ms+). High-frequency trading and institutional desks can't operate there. Our bet: take CEX speed, add DEX-grade verifiability via cryptographic audit.
How is this different from Hyperliquid's HIP-3?
HyperBFT consensus is 200–300ms. No audit log of admin actions on the underlying L1. Limited asset class (perps only). NYXANCE: 12ms + signed Action Log + 539+ perps + AI Copilot + RWA roadmap + Strategies Marketplace.
Are you regulated?
Wyoming LLC (USA) — registered with publicly filed Articles of Organization. EIN pending IRS approval (estimated July 2026). We're not a money-services business in any jurisdiction that prohibits our model.
What's your token?
No token live. NYX token is roadmapped for Month 6–9, contingent on Phase 2 KPI: $10M+ monthly volume, $500K+ monthly profit, 1000+ active users. We refuse to ship a token for retail speculation without product-market fit.
